Job Title : Medical Imaging Specialist

\ The primary function of a medical imaging specialist is to perform routine and advanced imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) technology.

\ This position requires a strong understanding of anatomical structures, as well as the ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve image processing and archiving problems.

\ The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistency with core values and administrative policies, promoting staff growth and development, and ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with State and Federal regulations.

\ Responsibilities :

\ \ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient exams and treatments

\ Providing assistance to radiologists and referring physicians to promote exceptional physician satisfaction

\ Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing routine maintenance tasks

\ Ensuring completed exams are scanned and stored correctly in PACS

\ Collaborating with management, coworkers, and physicians to create an optimal work environment
