Job Title : Oracle Cloud HCM Lead Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead Consultant with global implementation experience, ensuring excellent service, communication, and engagement with our growing customer base.

Required Skills :

Senior Functional Oracle Cloud HCM

Must have at least 2 Oracle Cloud SaaS Implementation experiences.

Must have Oracle HCM Cloud extensions, conversions, and integrations experience

Must have good experience and exposure to data conversions from legacy applications.

Must have good written and oral communication skills and problem-solving skills

Must have knowledge on SQL / PLSQL, XML Publisher

Should understand OAF, basic UNIX scripting

Experience in Oracle Cloud Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Management, Payroll and Talent management modules

Should have experience of management of the extended teams at Onsite / Offshore

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Build relationships with customer teams, application owners and resources
