What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the assigned government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor for suspicious activity and report any security-related concerns according to established protocols.Interact professionally with members of the public and / or staff while maintaining a visible security-related presence.Assist law enforcement and / or emergency personnel as required by site procedures.Maintain accurate records and logs of all activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences during the shift.What We're Looking For :

Must have at least one year of security-related experience.Must possess an active armed guard card or license.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Having a guard card or license is preferred.Holding a current CPR certification is preferred.Why Join Us :
