A company is looking for a Data Integrity Advocate I.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to contracted network providers to maintain the integrity of demographic records
Manage multiple providers and locations within a single call, processing extensive data points accurately
Document interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while adapting to various campaign types
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED as a minimum educational requirement
At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on healthcare or medical insurance
Comprehensive knowledge of medical and claim terminology, with an understanding of healthcare industry processes preferred
Possession of any required licensures or professional certifications as applicable
Proficiency in utilizing relevant software and tools, including outbound dialers and Microsoft Excel
