St. Luke Lutheran Community is hiring a full-time Laundry / Housekeeping Assistant for our North Canton campus.

The Laundry / Housekeeping Team here at St. Luke Lutheran Community ensures the maintenance of a healthy and clean living environment for our resident, guests, and employees.

Position Title : Laundry / Housekeeping Assistant

Pay : $12.60 / hour

Status : Full-Time

FLSA : Non-Exempt

Schedule :

• Full-time (40 hours / week)
• 11 : 00AM-7 : 30PM
• Every other weekend (required)
• Every other holiday (required)

Responsibilities :

Laundering / folding facility linens / garments and resident clothing / personal items

Cleaning / sanitizing common areas, entrance / exit ways, bathrooms, and resident rooms

Cleaning / polishing furnishings and fixtures

Vacuuming / mopping floors

Cleaning / sanitizing of hallways, stairways, elevators, dining rooms, nursing stations, etc

Proper discarding of waste / trash

Replenishing supplies
