Overview Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US)
Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. This is a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.
The Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising works directly with our mid-market and enterprise clients and runs point on communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables. In this role, you will gain experience creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses.
Responsibilities Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
Serve as direct support to client contacts
Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, ensure quality, and implement improvements
Build strategies for clients each quarter
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
Manage personal productivity and utilization
Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns including copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer 2+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency with hands-on support for B2B clients
Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV and more
Proficiency with advertising platforms / tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense
Strong understanding of paid principles including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization
Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics / GA4, Excel or similar
Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
Ability to articulate strategy and tell stories with data
Problem-solving mindset; curious and competitive
Comfort with staying at the cutting edge of the industry and seeking growth opportunities
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
Quality-focused, with a focus on advertising ethics and integrity
Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year or as needed

Manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
Meet and exceed department KPIs such as client growth and goal attainment (core KPIs : NSMs and Client Satisfaction)

Make strong strategic decisions for accounts
Benefits Salary : $70,000-$80,000 USD base, with potential for bonus eligibility; actual salary may vary based on compensation practices, skills, and experience.
