Pay Ranges : $70,000 to $95,000 / year plus commission

Client is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of housing solutions across California! In this dynamic, independent role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring a variety of our offerings including ADUs, smart PODs, and other innovative housing products. You ll guide clients through the entire journey, from understanding zoning and feasibility to navigating our design-build services. This position combines relationship-building, problem-solving, and consultative sales, giving you the opportunity to help homeowners reimagine their spaces while growing your career in a fast-evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, building strong, lasting relationships.Educate homeowners on zoning, feasibility, and the benefits of company s design-build services and housing products.Conduct virtual and in-person consultations to assess client needs and recommend tailored housing solutions.Assist clients in making informed decisions and guide them through key milestones, from initial inquiry to closing.Prepare proposals, manage negotiations, and oversee the sales process to ensure smooth execution.Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.Track and report on leads, opportunities, and sales activities, maintaining accurate CRM records.Support strategic sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand the company s footprint in California.Qualifications
Preferably at least 3 years of experience in the ADU industry with a proven track record in salesStrong communicator with a natural sales personality - warm, confident, and curiousPassionate about housing and real estate innovationHighly organized, self-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environmentA degree or professional experience in Architecture, Civil / Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related real estate fields is a plus.Compensation
