Job Title : Mechanical Journeyman

Start Date : December 11, 2024

Pay Range : $25 - $30 / hour (based on experience) per diem offered for travelers

Job Overview

United Trades of America is hiring experienced Mechanical Journeymen to support our project in Mt. Vernon, IL. Candidates should have 6-12 years of experience, the ability to read mechanical drawings, and strong skills in pipe fitting and assembly. Welding experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings to complete installations accurately.
• Perform pipe fitting, assembly, and related mechanical tasks.
• Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Weld as needed (if skilled).
