Overview
The New England School of Communications is looking for a part-time adjunct faculty member to teach courses in either Audio Engineering or Live Sound Production within the BS Audio Engineering (Bangor campus) degree. Courses with openings include AE 100 Audio Technology I and AE 103 Intro to Live Sound Production. These openings are during the Fall 2025 semester (8 / 25 / 25-12 / 12 / 25).
Responsibilities
Typical Qualifications
A master's degree in Audio Engineering / Technology, Music Production, Live Sound, or a related field, is required. Candidates with 7 or more years of industry & leadership experience in Audio Engineering / Technology, Music Production, Live Sound, or other related field may be considered in lieu of a master's degree.
Ph.D. Or Other Terminal Degree Is Preferred.
College-level teaching experience is preferred.

Undergraduate Course : Masters Prepared $933.33 maximum per credit hour
Graduate Course : Masters Level Prepared $1,016.67 maximum per credit hour
Graduate Course : Doctoral or Equivalent Prepared $1,100.00 maximum per credit hour
