Cataract Surgeon Ophthalmologist - Full Time - $700,000+ Potential + Sign-on Bonus - Elkton, MD

We are looking to add a Full Time Cataract Surgeon Ophthalmologist to our team in Elkton, Maryland! The next Cataract Surgeon is expected to perform cataract surgery and is required to have dual licenses in Maryland and Delaware.

The cataract surgeon will primarily see patients in Elkton, MD, but may also see patients at our DE office at least 1-2 days per week (20 minute drive).

MORE DETAILS :

Full Time.

4 days a week.

2-3 OR days + 1-2 office days.

Part Time MDs are encouraged to apply as well.

Surgeries are performed in the practice's ASC.

Work with 2 part time MDs, 2 FT ODs and 2 PT ODs.

Call Schedule : ODs take the call and will reach out to the Cataract Surgeon in cases of emergency.

No hospital on-call hours.

Strong Tech & Staff Support including scribes

1 Tech + 1 Scribe

40+ patients per doctor per day in clinic

22 patients on surgery days

Updated technology, including OCT, Optos, IOL Master, Lenstar, Yag, SLT, Phaco, Lensx, VF

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS :

• $400,000+ Base Salary + 32% of Net Collections.
