We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver-Swing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service. You will play a crucial part in our logistics operations, contributing to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance according to shift-times or a pre-arranged work schedule.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure all products are loaded properly in trucks to ensure they arrive undamaged.
• Drive trucks to deliver products to customer's place of business.
• Load and unload vehicles, unassisted or with assistance, using forklifts if necessary.
• Lift, pull, push, and carry goods and freight of varying weights over long distances, rough terrain, or stairs.
• Ensure proper scanning of jobs and obtain signatures via the shipping proof of delivery app.
• Issue or obtain customer signatures on receipts for pickup or delivery.
• Match certifications / travelers to the respective job and ensure accuracy before scanning to the customer.
• Maintain basic shipping paperwork, ensuring accuracy and that the customer has signed the dated certifications.
• Assist the receiving department in the transportation and storage of received materials and customer products.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts with caution for self, others, and products.
• Drive safely and defensively, obeying all road rules.
• Travel safely in various outdoor weather conditions.

Essential Skills

Work Environment

The work environment involves protective coatings and requires adherence to safety standards. Drivers will be exposed to moderate noise and vibration while driving, and must be prepared to work in various outdoor weather conditions. Proper attire and personal protective equipment are mandatory.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Kent, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $56160.00 / yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Kent,WA.

This position is anticipated to close on Oct 20, 2025.
