Staffmark is hiring an Manufacturing Assembler in Trotwood, OH!

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr

Schedule : 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

Responsibilities :

• Assemble electrical transformer components using hand and power tools
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols
• Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Wear required PPE : steel-toed boots, cut sleeves, and eye protection
• Use step stools or small ladders when needed
• Meet production targets while ensuring consistent quality
