The Opportunity

Seeking Board Eligible / Certified Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine physicians.

Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

Arrowhead Family Health Center – Westside – Rialto, California

Part of the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center which provides inpatient care and cutpatient care, over 60 specialty services, and preventive programs for children and adults.

Federally Qualified Health Center offering comprehensive primary care medical services to all age groups.

Services offered at this facility include adult care, geriatrics, pediatrics, preventative care, and family planning.
