Director of Accounting

This is currently a hybrid role that requires at least 3 days per week in the Schaumburg, IL corporate office.

The Director of Accounting is responsible for the compliance of financial transactions with approved financial policies, procedures and systems of control which ultimately results in internal and external financial reporting. The Director of Accounting will work cross functionally with internal and external business partners to support them with analysis advice and information needed to make business decisions.

Success in the role is measured on :

• Timely and accurate monthly financial statements.
• Completion of annual audit process with no significant deficiencies in internal controls over financial reporting; and
• Timely completion of any statutory filings.
