Maintenance Supervisor – The Collective at Sutherland | Knoxville, TN

Brookside is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at The Collective at Sutherland in Knoxville. If you’re HVAC-certified, experienced in multifamily maintenance, and passionate about great service, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and train maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff
  • Oversee daily upkeep of buildings, grounds, and amenities
  • Manage service requests and apartment make-readies
  • Handle vendor relationships and budgets
  • Respond to emergency / after-hours calls as needed
  • Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
  • Provide top-notch customer service to residents

    • What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years as a multifamily Maintenance Supervisor
  • HVAC experience + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
  • Skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and basic tools
