A Day In The Life
This is an incredibly exciting time in the automotive industry with immense technological impact and business model innovation. GST is seeking an analytical, curious and results-oriented Business Strategy Lead / Analyst to participate in the identification and development of key strategic and transformation initiatives across a broad range of business functions. This individual will be an integral part of the Strategic Planning Team and will assist in the execution of strategic planning. Overall the Business Strategy Lead / Analyst will assist in creating and driving the strategic agenda, including partnering with and influencing senior leaders on growth, productivity, and innovation projects. The ideal candidates for this role should be comfortable with ambiguity and change, possess exceptional research and analytical skills, and be an excellent written and verbal communicator. This role has high visibility to the GST leadership team and across The Friedkin Group.

Physical and Environmental Requirements The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 20% Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
