Location : Dallas, TX (Outpatient Clinic Setting)

Contract Type : Locum Tenens - Family Practice Physician

Start Date : June 3-6, 2025

Shift Times : Monday - Thursday 8 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Patient Volume : 15-25 patients per day

EMR : Allscripts

Language Requirement : Spanish-speaking preferred

Board Certified in Family Medicine (MD / DO)

Active Texas Medical License & Unrestricted DEA
