?? We're Hiring : HVAC Service Operations Manager | Join Our Growing Team! ??Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and client satisfaction? We're looking for a HVAC Service Operations Manager to lead and elevate our Commercial HVAC Service Operations to new heights.
In this critical role, you'll manage a team of Client Support Coordinators(CSC), Quotes Coordinator, and Administrative Support staff , driving performance standards, strategic processes, and team collaboration to deliver best-in-class service to our clients.
- ?? What You'll Do :
- Lead, mentor, and develop the CSC team, quotes coordinator, and administrative staff — including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee day-to-day client communications and service delivery across multiple regions in North Carolina.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams including Commercial Service Managers, Technical Team Leaders, Service Technicians, Agreements, and administrative support.
- Drive efficiency in scheduling, quoting, billing, and dispatch operations.
- Maintain high standards for service quality, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Manage service-related budgets, including Time & Materials (T&M) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) scheduling.
- Champion a "can-do" team culture while upholding a safe and professional work environment.
- ? What You Bring :
- Associate degree or above (Preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in customer service and dispatch in skilled trades or related industry (Preferred)
- 3+ years of proven leadership / supervisory experience (Required).
- Team player; good communication skills; ability to remain professional, calm, and responsive to client questions, concerns, and follow-ups..
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, adaptable, and committed to company values.

- Location : Greensboro, NC
- Schedule : Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (occasional Saturdays / overtime may be required)
- Work Environment : Indoor office setting- Onsite 5 days a week
