Temporary Engineer, Systems & Infrastructure Administrator-Bilingual (English / Spanish)

KPMG US is seeking a Temporary Systems Engineer, Systems & Infrastructure Administrator for a nine-month assignment to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration, maintenance, configuration, and ongoing support of server infrastructure hosting Enterprise Applications running Windows and Linux operating systems
• Resolve complex enterprise system hardware and software problems; collaborate with peer teams and vendors to coordinate solutions
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures; interface with business clients and technology staff to implement solutions that meet business needs and address the impact of new or revised applications on existing infrastructure
• Coordinate installation and testing of new enterprise system software and hardware releases
• Work directly with users to prioritize requests and provide regular updates on progress and estimated delivery timelines
• Coordinate escalation communication; develop and maintain project technical documentation including design, configuration, and installation
• Manage end-to-end application testing, defect management, change and release management, and escalation processes in a production support environment, including on-call, off-hours, and weekend support
• Provide patching operations support to Latin America member firms
