We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing competitive estimates for commercial electrical projects , ensuring accuracy in pricing, labor, and material costs.
Position : Electrical Estimator
Location : Woodland Hills
Employment Type : Full-Time
Compensation : Competitive salary with benefits
Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed estimates for commercial electrical construction projects
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform material take-offs, labor calculations, and cost analysis
- Work with vendors to obtain competitive pricing for materials
- Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accurate project scopes
- Ensure estimates comply with NEC codes, local regulations, and industry standards
