Walmart Sales Specialist
Englewood Marketing Group (EMG), a leading national distributor, is seeking a detail-oriented Walmart Sales Specialist to support EMG's National Sales Manager in managing the daily Walmart retail business. This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing Retail Link data, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency to help grow EMG's brands at Walmart.
The ideal candidate thrives in data management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, with hands-on experience in item setup, replenishment, and supply chain performance.
Position can be based onsite at EMG's Cleveland, OH or Green Bay, WI office locations in Bentonville, AR or remote for qualified work from home individual
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Walmart systems (Retail Link, Item 360, NOVA) for item setup, pricing, and compliance.
- Set up and support new item launches while ensuring accurate data, timely availability, and compliance with Walmart requirements.
- Assist with the planning and execution of Walmart and Walmart.com promotional programs to drive sales and visibility.
- Generate and analyze sales, inventory, and replenishment reports to provide actionable insights and improve forecasting.
- Track and improve Walmart Supplier Scorecard performance, including OTIF and supply chain KPIs.
- Interface with EMG's 1P Walmart.com and 3P Walmart Marketplace teams to support omni-channel growth.
- Partner with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to align data insights with business goals.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure seamless account management.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external Walmart contacts to resolve issues and maintain compliance.
Key Qualifications
3+ years of Walmart & Walmart Retail Link experience on the supplier or brand side.Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas); experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau a plus.Analytical and operational mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of Walmart compliance, replenishment, and vendor scorecard requirements preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Behavioral Attributes
