Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Proven experience in defining and owning solution architectures for Generative AI, including model selection and fine-tuning strategies.
• Experience in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and working with vector stores.
• Hands-on experience in ML engineering, particularly in deploying models from development to production.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
