Location : Remote-friendly with some on-site collaboration Duration : 3-6 months (minimum 20 hours / week) Compensation : $18 / hour + performance bonus for successful campaigns Eligibility : Junior / Senior undergraduate or graduate student in marketing, communication, PR, or related fields
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and reach out to influencers and creators in the home improvement / lighting / DIY space
- Coordinate sample shipments and content creation schedules
- Track campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and conversions
- Assist with product seeding, UGC collection , and performance reporting
- Manage influencer communications and contracts with support from the team
