Description
Job Purpose : Support the Account Management for selected / assigned Customers in conjunction with sales support to internal Program Managers.
Qualifications :
- Education and Experience : Associates Degree in related field and / or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge : Microsoft Office applications, including Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Plex ERP system
- Skills & Abilities : Ability to follow instructions, efficient time management, ability to prioritize workload, strong organizational skills, good communication with Customer, fellow team members and Management through written, voice and in-person.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Job :
Dealing with Customers on a day-to-day basisRFQ-Quotation-Award-Launch-Production-ServiceEnsure all RFQ information is received from Customer
Work with Engineers to finalize quotes to CustomerComplete Customer Cost Breakdown formsQuotation follow-upPurchase order review / validationAPQP Internal Launch support / Tracking of On-Time PPAP submissionUnderstanding of, keeping track of and distributing Customer related informationUnderstanding Customer procedures and specificationsPerforming Customer MaintenanceAccounts Receivables - resolve any issues preventing payment, ensure Customer account it current
Preforming Aluminum adjustmentsManage and track givebacks to Customers, including cash rebates, LTA's, ect.Evaluate Customer and / or Programs profitabilityPerform Tooling managementTooling PO validation and confirmation
Internal Tooling ordersOpen and close Accounting job for ToolingCustomer Tool Completion Submissions (if required)Invoicing for ToolingPreforming Customer Asset managementProvide Sales support for Customer Service and ProductionProvide support to Sales DirectorOther duties as assignedTraining Requirements : Plex ERP modules, Excel spreadsheets and Customer specifications
