SEO / AEO / ASO Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on SEO / AEO / ASO Manager to lead and execute our organic growth initiatives across web, AI-driven search platforms, and app stores. This role owns both internal content optimization (creation, strategy, on-site improvements) and external optimization (distribution, partnerships, link-building, and app visibility), ensuring our brand is discoverable across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO, AEO, and ASO strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute content strategy to support SEO, AEO, and ASO success.
  • Own and implement all aspects of optimization personally, including content creation, editing, and technical improvements.
  • Set KPIs and track performance for organic growth across web, AI search, and app stores.
  • Manage external agencies or partners as needed to support initiatives.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Internal Optimization : Conduct keyword research, optimize web / blog content, implement structured data, and improve technical SEO.
  • External Optimization : Execute link-building, digital PR, and partnerships to strengthen domain authority and visibility.

    • AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

  • Internal Optimization : Structure content for AI search (featured snippets, FAQs, conversational queries, schema markup).
  • External Optimization : Monitor AI-driven search visibility, optimize for inclusion in generative search results, and work with external platforms for amplification.

    • ASO (App Store Optimization)

  • Internal Optimization : Optimize app metadata, in-app content, visuals, and keywords to maximize discoverability and conversions.
  • External Optimization : Track app rankings, manage review / rating strategies, and monitor competitor activity.

    • Analytics & Reporting

  • Measure performance across SEO, AEO, and ASO channels and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithms, AI search trends, and app store policies.

    • Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with strong knowledge of AEO and ASO.
  • Proven ability to execute and optimize content personally across multiple channels.
  • Expertise in internal and external optimization for web, AI search, and app stores.
  • Proficiency in SEO / AEO / ASO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, AppTweak, Google Search Console, GA4, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Track record of driving measurable organic growth.

    • Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with generative AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Google SGE, Bing Copilot).
  • Familiarity with digital PR, influencer outreach, and app store marketing.
  • Knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, JSON-LD, and technical SEO.
  • Experience in mobile growth or cross-channel acquisition strategies.
