FP&A Manager

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for its Commercial and Go-To-Market business segments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering collaboration and growth

Oversee financial forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and insight

Design reporting dashboards and visualizations to enhance executive decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Minimum of four years of experience in FP&A, with at least two years in a leadership role

Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills

Proficiency with Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or OneStream preferred

Understanding of GAAP principles and recurring revenue models preferred
