At Centiment, we’re building one of the fastest-growing feedback management platforms in the industry. Our proprietary Survey Builder and global Audience Panel empower researchers to design surveys and reach precisely targeted respondents around the world. To help fuel that momentum, we’re looking for an ambitious and proactive professional to become the 8th Account Manager on our team.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to researchers at top global institutions, managing projects from start to finish. Your work will span selling services, evaluating feasibility, pricing, advising on survey design, coordinating data collection, and ensuring quality insights.

Responsibilites

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers, guiding them from initial inquiry through successful project execution.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing Centiment clients.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand research objectives, recommending tailored survey targeting and design solutions.
  • Oversee the setup and management of data collection using tools like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Alchemer, and Centiment’s proprietary survey platform. (Prior experience with these tools is beneficial but not required.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills; capable of juggling multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think creatively, challenge current processes, and proactively contribute to Centiment’s growth trajectory.
  • Strong motivation to master new tasks and rapidly adapt within a high-paced startup environment.
  • Hybrid approach

  • Once you are up to speed, we work from home on Fridays. Monday through Thursday, we are in the office at our location in RiNo.
