Compensation : $18.50 / hr + Retention Bonus : $250 at day 90 if expectations are met
Position Summary
Do you have a knack for leadership and an eye for detail? We’re looking for a dedicated Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming every day. In this role, you’ll take ownership of housekeeping operations, overseeing daily cleaning schedules, supporting staff, and making sure every space meets our high standards of sanitation and presentation. You’ll report directly to the General Manager and serve as the go-to person for all housekeeping matters. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of housekeepers, providing training and guidance as needed
- Create daily and weekly housekeeping schedules to ensure consistent coverage
- Inspect rooms, common areas, and shared spaces for cleanliness and quality, addressing issues promptly
- Perform hands-on housekeeping tasks when necessary (cleaning, sanitizing, stocking)
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens; coordinate restocking
- Collaborate with the General Manager and other departments to handle special cleaning requests or projects
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience (5 years preferred)Prior supervisory experience strongly preferredBilingual abilities a plus, but not requiredStrong organizational and leadership skillsComfortable using cleaning chemicals safely and following sanitation proceduresDependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasksWhy Join Us
