Summary :

The Financial Services Representative is the friendly face of our bank, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Your key functions will include :

• Opening new accounts for both commercial and consumer clients, providing tailored recommendations based on customer needs.
• Handling teller transactions and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Delivering outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries, and building long-term relationships.
• Participating in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Assisting with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Taking on additional duties as assigned.
