A company is looking for a Patient Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact for personalized case management for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
Educate patients and stakeholders on access and reimbursement processes, including payer policies and patient assistance programs
Build and maintain trusted relationships by delivering accurate and compassionate support while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
Completion of a Bachelor's degree (or higher) is required
A degree in healthcare administration, social science, or a related field is strongly preferred
Minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare access delivery or management is strongly preferred
Five (5) to ten (10) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Strong understanding of medical terminology, coding systems, and insurance processes is essential
