Kustom US, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Mitigation Project Director in Dallas, TX.

The Mitigation Project Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of mitigation projects, including initial contact, customer communication, dispatch, on-site procedures, estimation, billing, and collections. This role is key in ensuring seamless execution, upholding safety and quality standards, and achieving client satisfaction.

What you will do :

• Initial Contact :

Oversee response to incoming calls and accurate lead detail entry into DASH.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.

Ensure compliance with health and procedural agreements.

Collaborate with estimators on timely estimate delivery.

Oversee payment follow-ups and collection strategies.
