About the Role :

We’re hiring a Part-Time Visit Nurse (RN) who’s eager to build relationships with patients while working independently in the field. This role is ideal for an RN who values flexibility, impact, and growth .

What You’ll Do :

• Travel to homes or care communities to perform visits and assessments
• Provide symptom and medication management, emotional support, and education
• Collaborate with physicians, intake team, and spiritual care providers
• Ensure thorough documentation and smooth handoffs
• Serve as a calming, confident presence for patients and families
