Description : Position Summary :
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our team and help deliver outstanding dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. You will act as a key point of contact between the kitchen and the guest, playing an essential role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Present menus, describe menu items in detail, and offer thoughtful food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system in a timely manner.
- Ensure prompt and professional delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service, and address any concerns or special requests immediately.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Process guest payments accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned by management.
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of serving or hospitality experience preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on guest service.Efficiency : Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Attitude : Positive, team-oriented, and professional demeanor.Technical : Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling payments and calculating tips.Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours or more per shift.Capable of lifting and carrying trays, food items, and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.Manual dexterity to handle plates, glassware, utensils, and trays safely.Comfortable navigating crowded or confined dining areas while maintaining balance and awareness.
