We are seeking a highly resourceful and tech-savvy Account Associate / Administrative Assistant to support the operations of our potential 3rd office. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and enjoys handling a variety of tasks that keep a business running smoothly.
Position Details :
- Part-Time (flexible schedule)
- Hybrid : some days in-office, some remote
- $2530 per hour
- No additional benefits
Key Responsibilities :
Provide general administrative support to the agent and teamCoordinate office events such as holiday parties and team outingsAssist with travel planning and schedulingTrack and manage PTO requests and recordsServe as a backup resource for payroll questionsOrder and manage office supplies (Amazon, vendors, etc.)Schedule and manage the agents personal health appointmentsWhat Were Looking For :
Highly resourceful self-starter who proactively finds answers and gets things doneTech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools and platformsFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesOrganized and able to manage multiple responsibilities independentlyPrevious administrative experience preferred, but not requiredInsurance license not requiredThis is a unique opportunity to be part of the growth of a new office and play a pivotal role in its success.
