Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for multiple customer service-oriented individuals for a contract Customer Service Representative role with a well-established pharmaceutical company located in the Louisville, KY area! What You'll Be Doing

• Support inbound and outbound phone lines for pharmacy.
• Answer calls, emails and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals.
• Respond to inbound email requests and make outbound calls to messages left on voicemail.
• Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.
• Provide availability, tracking and shipping information for patient medication as needed.
• Report adverse events and product complaint inquires received.

Qualifications

Work Hours (Multiple Options Available) :

Job Type : Contract through March 2026 & 40 hrs / wk

Pay Details : $17.00 per hour
