Federal Project Manager

Job Description

Manage all phases of federal construction projects, from initiation to closeout. Ensure compliance with federal regulations and project specifications throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for internal and external use. Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project schedules and outcomes. Communicate effectively with government representatives to ensure alignment with project requirements. Provide leadership and guidance to team members to foster collaboration and excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Federal Project Manager should have :

  • Experience managing federal construction projects
  • Strong understanding of federal regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
