Spy Ninjas HQ is a brand-new, first-of-its-kind family entertainment center in Las Vegas, inspired by the hit YouTube series Spy Ninjas , which has amassed over 44 million subscribers and 15 billion views across multiple channels.
The park features the best in virtual reality, multi-level escape rooms, climbing walls, trampolines (including dodgeball arenas), axe throwing lanes, 100+ arcade games , and much more — all under one roof.
We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead all food and beverage operations — including both front and back of house — ensuring exceptional quality, service, safety, and profitability across the department.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations Management
- Provide strong leadership to all food and beverage staff, including kitchen, bar, café, and service teams.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for quality, service, and safety.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of all F&B revenue, inventory tracking, and cost control practices.
- Maintain compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
Team Development & Performance
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate all F&B team members to maintain a high-performing culture.Create and manage departmental schedules aligned with business demand and labor goals.Lead by example in professionalism, guest service, and adherence to company policies.Financial Management
Manage F&B departmental budgets, labor costs, purchasing, and inventory.Analyze sales trends, control food and beverage costs, and identify opportunities for profit improvement.Support menu development, pricing strategies, and vendor relationships.Guest Experience & Quality Control
Ensure that every guest receives a consistent, high-quality food and beverage experience.Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.Monitor food presentation, portion control, and overall product quality.Safety, Compliance & Cleanliness
Lead and enforce Spy Ninjas HQ’s safety and sanitation standards in all F&B areas.Conduct regular inspections of kitchen, bar, and service areas to maintain cleanliness and compliance.Partner with internal departments to ensure risk management and safety protocols are consistently upheld.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with leadership across departments to support special events, group bookings, and promotions.Participate in management meetings and share insights for improving service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.Drive innovation through new menu items, improved processes, and staff development initiatives.Requirements :
Qualifications for Success
Proven experience managing both front and back of house food and beverage operations.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and meet revenue goals.Deep knowledge of food safety, alcohol service laws, and sanitation standards.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Ability to build, motivate, and lead diverse teams.Must successfully pass a background check.Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events as required.Physical & Environmental Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, and stair use throughout the facility.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment with above-average noise levels.Exposure to kitchen, bar, and cleaning products; must follow all safety protocols.Work Environment
