At Bespoke Dental we are building a dynamic, compassionate team, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join us as we grow.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new practice and make a meaningful impact on patient care from day one.

Job Description :

  • As a Dental Hygienist at Bespoke Dental, you will play a vital role in the prevention and treatment of oral diseases, providing exceptional care, and educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health.
  • You will work closely with the dentist and clinical team to deliver a comprehensive and personalized experience for each patient.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and debridement Take digital X-rays and other diagnostic images as required Assess patient oral health and perform periodontal charting Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures Provide fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive services Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment notes Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment Stay current with new dental technologies, techniques, and products Qualifications : Valid state license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and interact with patients effectively Experience with digital radiography and dental software is a plus Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to patient care What We Offer : Competitive salary and bonus structure Opportunity to be part of a brand-new, state-of-the-art dental practice Supportive, friendly, and collaborative team environment Continuing education and professional development opportunities Flexible work hours and a healthy work-life balance How to Apply : If you are passionate about patient care, oral health, and want to be part of a growing practice, we would love to hear from you!
