Job Description

Cielo is seeking an Inspector / Packer for a 3rd shift position in Ashland.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and pack bags to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Responsible for scrap, efficiency, and product quality on product line.
  • Ensure that box / tote counts are accurate as per the bag specification.
  • Ensure that quality standards are upheld and that any suspect or defective product is reported for review and decision.
  • Work as a team with others assigned to machine, including helping operators as needed.
  • Practice 5S, Good House Keeping, and Machine Sanitation per company standards.
  • Learn to pack all bag specifications and at all machines in production facility.
  • Complete all documentation completely and accurately.
  • Assist in the training of other Inspector / Packer personnel.

Qualifications

  • Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience : No previous experience required, on-the-job training provided.
  • Specific Skills : Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Equipment & Machinery : Pallet jack.
  • Computer Experience & Software : Basic computer skills.

    Schedule : 3rd shift, 9 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

    Pay rate : $18.50 / hr
