Project Manager Commercial Construction

Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to meet client expectations. Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout project execution. Monitor project progress and resolve any challenges or delays that arise. Prepare and present regular reports on project status to stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A strong background in project management within the construction industry. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams. A commitment to safety and quality standards in all projects. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
