Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities (daily / weekly) :
Management of team ticket queue. Actioning variances within reports such as Custom Billing, BIA, Invoice Status and Deferred Revenue. 3PS billing. Troubleshooting billing issues as they arise.
Success metrics or KPIs for this role :
Team ticket queue management, Completeness of Custom Billing report, BIA report, Invoice Status report and Deferred Revenue Report.
How is success measured?
Timely resolution of variances within reports previously referenced. Completeness of 3PS billing according to SLA's. Displaying critical thinking and taking ownership of troubleshooting issues.
