Senior Director of Strategic Finance (West Hollywood)

We are assisting our client, a subscription-based CPG company, in hiring a Senior Director of Strategic Finance.

Job Responsibilities include :

Lead the companys strategic financial planning process, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.

Develop and maintain complex financial models guiding decision-making on growth initiatives, pricing, retention, and customer acquisition.

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations to align business objectives and financial outcomes.

Build frameworks for evaluating investments, product launches, and strategic initiatives.

Deliver proactive insights on key performance drivers and unit economics.

Introduce agentic AI tools and automation to enhance forecasting accuracy, scenario modeling, and strategic decision support.

Identify technology solutions that improve efficiency and enable real-time decision-making.

Prepare executive-level analyses and presentations for the CFO, CEO, and Board.

Serve as a strategic advisor on capital allocation and growth strategy.

Mentor and develop a small Strategic Finance team (currently one Manager).

The role has a Mon - Thurs on-site schedule in the West Hollywood area, and can pay up to $225K Base + Bonus + Equity.
