Senior Advanced Contracts Specialist

Responsibilities for this position include :

• Administering contracts or subcontracts and monitoring contract or subcontract performance
• Acting as the focal point for all contractual communications and commitments to customers or subcontractors
• Maintaining documentation and files in accordance with applicable processes
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal regulations and internal policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the Capture / Proposal / Program Manager, including Program Manager - Subcontracts, to support overall contract or subcontract performance
• Preparing subcontractor Request for Proposal documentation
• Reviewing or supporting reviews of subcontractor proposals
• Negotiating contracts or subcontracts within business goals
• Managing the contract or subcontract change process
• Responding to internal and external inquiries regarding contract or subcontract issues
• Building customer or subcontractor relationships

Target salary range : USD $128,095.00 / Yr. - USD $138,603.00 / Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
