Precision manufacturing — industrial tooling and metal fabrication supporting aerospace, automotive, and industrial OEMs. This on-site role sits within a high-volume, quality-driven production environment focused on producing, maintaining, and repairing precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for production lines.

Position : Toolmaker (Tool Die Maker) — On-site, United States

Role Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and repair production tooling and dies from prints, sketches, and verbal instructions using manual and CNC equipment.
• Operate CNC mills / lathes, EDM (wire sinker), grinders, and toolroom equipment to achieve specified tolerances and finish requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD T to set up work, select tooling, and verify dimensions throughout the build process.
• Perform precision inspection using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators, and CMM data to ensure parts meet QA standards; document inspection results.
• Build and adjust jigs, fixtures, and guide plates; collaborate with production and engineering to troubleshoot stamping, injection molding, or machining issues.
• Maintain tooling inventory, perform preventive maintenance, and recommend repair or rework to minimize downtime and extend tool life.
