Salary : $70,000 - 80,000 / Year + Bonus potential

What You'll Do :

Empower Your Team : You'll spend most of your time in the field, actively leading and coaching your team to perform top-tier plumbing services and installations.

Drive Operational Excellence : Manage team schedules, coordinate equipment, and analyze job expenses to ensure projects are staged correctly, run smoothly, and stay on budget.

Champion Customer Satisfaction : Show technicians how to build strong customer rapport and quickly and favorably resolve any complaints.

Uphold Our Standards : Set clear expectations for every job, ensuring all work complies with safety and local plumbing codes, and conduct training to guarantee high-quality results.

Promote Our Brand : Inspire enthusiasm and brand loyalty during team meetings and one-on-ones, making sure every technician understands their role in upholding our brand promise.

A seasoned professional with a proven track record in construction management and supervisory experience.
