Drive sales and deliver effective strategies for the Meta wearable program at locations within the assigned market, ensuring sales targets and market share goals are achieved. Manage relationships with key Best Buy stakeholders within the assigned market, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment with Meta's sales objectives. Analyze sales data, identify market trends, and develop actionable insights to optimize sales performance and capitalize on opportunities within the assigned market. Act as retailer's primary sales lead within the assigned market, coordinating all aspects of the sales strategy and ensuring seamless execution. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the consumer tech industry, particularly wearable technology, and leverage this knowledge to position the Meta wearable program in the market effectively. Strategic Mindset : Demonstrated ability to develop and execute market-specific sales plans aligned with overall business objectives. Proven capacity to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and translate them into actionable strategies for the Meta wearable programexperience in leading market sales initiatives and ensuring alignment with Meta's sales objectives. Drives Results : Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering effective sales strategies within the consumer technology or electronics industry. A history of successfully driving sales growth and market share gains, focusing on achieving measurable results. Experience analyzing sales data and developing actionable insights to optimize performance. Build Effective Teams : Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of part-time brand ambassadors or similar sales teams. Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and motivate individuals to achieve collective goals.
