The Dialysis Clinic Administrator is responsible for dialysis facility management and nursing personnel supervision to ensure safe, efficient dialysis treatments for all DCI patients.
Compensation : Pay range from $75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

Responsibilities
What You Can Expect :
Schedule patients and staff, and provide direct patient care when neededEnsure all hemodialysis treatments in the dialysis facility follow DCI policies and proceduresDevelop and implement standards of care, providing patient care in accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, DCI’s Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, and the individual clinic’s requirementsPlan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff alongside the nurse educatorCoordinate DCI, QAPI, and risk management program implementation with the quality and risk managerCollaborate on patient care initiatives with the medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses, and equipment techniciansIntegrate unit activities as they relate to patient care, staff education, research projects, and unit expansions with the clinic operations director and medical directorManage nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff supervision with the medical directorFulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance with DCI's policies and procedures and applicable lawsWork closely with the Area Operations Director on identifying operational efficiencies
