For more information, please visit https : / / www.epikso.com / Job Summary : We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the growth of our Technology Consulting Services within the Healthcare and Insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, a deep domain knowledge in healthcare and / or insurance, and strong existing relationships within the industry. Key Responsibilities : Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Healthcare and Insurance verticals for technology consulting services, including digital transformation, IT modernization, cloud, data analytics, AI / ML, and application development. Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and closure. Bring and leverage an existing network of client relationships to generate immediate business opportunities. Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and repeat business. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs and present compelling value propositions. Track market trends, regulatory changes, and industry pain points to position the company as a trusted consulting partner. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales within the IT consulting or technology services space. Must bring a portfolio of existing client relationships or an active book of business relevant to healthcare and / or insurance technology consulting. Demonstrated success in selling into Healthcare Providers, Payers, Pharma, or Insurance Carriers / TPAs. Strong understanding of the regulatory and business landscape in healthcare and insurance (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, ACA, CMS guidelines). Knowledge of digital transformation technologies : cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data & analytics, cybersecurity, AI / ML, RPA, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications : Existing network of decision-makers in the healthcare and insurance industries. Experience working with global delivery teams or offshore / nearshore models.
