We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers to join our team. This position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and multiple bonus opportunities . Drivers will operate late-model equipment, enjoy 100% no-touch freight , and receive industry-leading safety incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations
  • Transport freight efficiently within assigned routes
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate logbooks and documentation
  • Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients and team members

Compensation & Bonuses - average $85,000-$95,000 per year

Sign-On Bonus Options :

  • Option 1 : $1,475 (Hazmat Endorsed) or $1,300 + Paid Time Off + Orientation Pay
  • Option 2 : $1,125 + Orientation Pay
  • Additional $600 bonus after 30 days with a qualifying safety record

    • Additional Pay Opportunities :

  • CSA Safety Bonus every 90 days : $875 (Hazmat) or $700 + 8 hours PTO
  • On-Road Safety Bonus : $600 every 90 days
  • Anniversary Bonus : $100 per year of continuous service
  • Band Pay (Extra pay on short hauls) :

    • 0-100 miles : $35 / load

  • 101-400 miles : $25 / load (Loaded miles only, non-relayed loads)
  • Detention Pay after 1 hour
  • Safety-Based Raises at designated mileage intervals
  • Premium Mileage Pay for placarded Hazmat hauls (less than 2% of freight is placarded)
  • Referral Bonuses and other accessorial pay (stop-off pay, etc.)

    • Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 9 months of recent verified tractor-trailer experience
  • No DWIs in the past 7 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • Pass DOT physical, drug screen & Human Performance Evaluation (HPE for company truck drivers only)
  • No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
  • No drug test refusals or failures
