Basic Job Functions

This position will provide administrative and operational support to both HR and Accounting and requires working in the office. Responsibilities for this position may include :

• Accounts Payable Processing vendor payments, matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts, coding expenses to appropriate GL accounts, assisting with payment processing (checks and ACH), and resolving invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal team.
• Data Management Maintaining vendor records, reconciling and balancing intercompany records, gathering documentation and support for internal audits, Processing, researching and executing general accounting transactions including, but not limited to payments, cash receipts and general inventory tracking.
• Closing Process - Assists with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process. Assists with ad hoc month end processes and tasks related to the successful operation of the finance department including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Human Resources Assisting HR team in duties related to payroll, recruiting, onboarding of new teammates, event planning, scanning, filing, and maintaining records, and other duties as needed.
• Performing other ad hoc duties related to the successful operation of the finance department as determined by Finance leadership.
